The main product, Beyond Freedom, is a self-study program in personal development.  It is based on cognitive-behavioral research, the field of positive psychology, identifying self-limiting beliefs, goal setting, and other well known and powerful tools that work synergistically to promote personal growth and a life of intention.  The course uses a variety of media (CDs, DVDs, journal, workbook, on-line lectures and interactive exercises and more) in a well designed and beautifully engineered product.  As a psychologist myself, I can affirm that this course not only reaches the mind, but goes beyond the intellectual realm and taps the "heart."   Results are awesome.
